Notes and Changes:

1) Added the file Modifications_of_ngCCM_Mezz_3Sep2014.pptx with specs to modify the PCB.
2) Update the Altium project to igloo2_UMd_Mezz_3Sep_17h01.zip with two mods on the schematics (VPP changed to 3V3 and J3 connector modified as on point 1 above. No changes on the PCB (which are left to be done on the layout job).
