- Abstract:
- LHC4913 rad-tol, 3A positive voltage regulator, designed to be radiation tolerant. Output: 1.22V to 9V.
A new production was done in 2014 with adjustable output voltage. Cern has bought ~19000 pieces, now available on the Cern store with name L4913 and code SCEM 08.57.56.011.7 .
Once this lot is sold out, there is no guarantee to have more parts. NB: page 1 of the datasheet is not correct where it says "The fixed output voltages available are 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, 5.0 and 8.0V."
