Abstract:

The HF ngCCM prototype for the Test Beam 2013 includes a motherboard and a mezzanine. The mezzanine includes a 4.8Gbps serdes (Cern GBTX or Virtex5 or Igloo2) and the optical transceiver (SFP+ or Cern VTRx). This scheme will allow to change the serdes while keeping the same motherboard.
